  2. that's a great toothcare bundle. I think that's the part of my body I neglect the most. Once a year check up at the dentist and that's it. I should do more.

  3. my tips would just to be sensible, less sugar, don't drink fizzy drinks and remember how acidic and sugary fruit juices can be x

  39. A dentist told me years ago to look after my gums and the teeth would look after themselves. He said to make sure I brushed my gums as well as my teeth

    my top tip is to stop smoking! i stopped 6 months ago and my gums have never been healthier!

  41. Swish every day with coconut oil, takes a bit of getting used too, but your teeth will be so much better and white. Always spit in tissue and bin as it will clog your drain pipes.
