Today I am talking about body scrubs. I think I can safely say that most of us love a good body scrub. But what makes a body scrub good? Well, it has to have the right balance of exfoliating properties and moisturising elements plus a fabulous fragrance to leave you with soft and supple skin. And I have found one such excellent body scrub recently - the Hempz Beauty Pink Pomelo & Himalayan Sea Salt Scrub!

Hempz Beauty offer a range of natural products that are derived from 100% organic Hemp Seed Oil. All of their products are paraben-free, gluten-free and are not tested on animals.
Recently, Hempz introduced a brand new skincare collection packed with antioxidant Vitamin C and detoxifying minerals - the Pink Pomelo and Himalayan Sea Salt range featuring three products - a body scrub, a moisturiser and a body wash. And I will be sharing my views on the body scrub.
Pink Pomelo & Himalayan Sea Salt Scrub
The Pink Pomelo & Himalayan Sea Salt scrub from Hempz Beauty is a conditioning exfoliator enriched with 100% pure natural hemp seed oil fused with Pink Pomelo extract and Sea Moisture Complex consisting of Red Algae and Sea Water, Shea Butter and Vitamins A, C and E. Although it is a salt based scrub, it doesn't sting the skin because it has enough Hemp seed oil and Shea Butter in it to moisturise the skin. It is not overly gritty rather it has just the right texture and consistency. I find that the scrub does a good job of getting rid of the old, dead cells and leaves my skin soft and hydrated. And the invigorating scent is a big plus. It lingers on the skin for quite a while. It is wonderful. What more could you ask for from a body scrub?
Priced at £16.50 for a 155gm jar, I think this body scrub is a good buy.
