At DB Reviews, we are big fans of herbal teas and infusions. I am always on the lookout for new
variants to try out. So, I was understandably excited when I came across FruitBroo - a healthy and low calorie hot fruit drink. As much as I enjoy herbal teas, I always wish they tasted better and
FruitBroo seems to have heard me :) This new range of hot drinks are deliciously tasty fruit drinks
which have to be served hot.

Packaged in 100ml plastic bottles, these come in 6 flavours:
- Rhubarb, Apple & Cinnamon
- Lemon & Ginger
- Elder Flower & Lime
- Honey & Lemon
- Peach, Pear & Honey
- Apple, Ginger & Spice

The lovely Beky from FruitBroo kindly sent across the 6 variants for me to try out and share my views with you. Since these have arrived at home, herbal tea bags have taken a backseat and we find ourselves reaching out to FruitBroo each time. 100% natural and caffeine-free, these hot drinks are also guilt free because they are only 15 calories a cup(180ml). They are easy to make as well. Add 1-2 teaspoon of FruitBroo into a cup of hot water and stir. That's it. It can't get any easier than this :) Once opened these bottles need to be stored in the refrigerator and used within 3 months.

While all the flavours are lovely both Mr. H and myself have picked our favourites. Mr. H favours 'Honey & Lemon' and 'Lemon & Ginger', while I am leaning more towards 'Apple, Ginger & Spice' and 'Rhubarb, Apple & Cinnamon'. The former two have that zesty pop of lemon while my choices I feel are perfect for the colder months and also add a feel of festivity.

Priced at £2.49 per bottle, each bottle claims to make 15 cups thereby making it good value for money. I have noticed that for some variants like the Lemon ones just one teaspoon is enough to get that perfect taste; so these bottles will make 15 cups I feel. If you are bored of the same-old tea and coffee, then it is time you try out FruitBroo.

FruitBroo is available in Sainsbury's or if you wish to order online, you can do so on FruitBroo's
online shop.
