I have been trialling the Estelle & Thild Rose Otto Face Cream for some time now. For the uninitiated Estelle & Thild are a Swedish skincare brand who use bio-active oil extracts exclusively from the purest and most exclusive organic raw materials. They have various ranges like - Rose Otto, Neroli, Lily and the Fragrance Free range for sensitive skin. Each of their range features a unique combination of active ingredients tailored for the specific purpose of that range. The Rose Otto range contains powerful vitamins, omega fatty acids and antioxidants to actively combat signs of ageing. Nearing the 40s, this is just what my skin needs.
The Rose Otto face cream comes in a beautifully packaged pump dispenser. The packaging is not only elegant and stylish but practical and hygienic as well. Dispenses just the right amount and there is no wastage. The cream is pale pink in colour and gets absorbed easily. On my combination skin it does tend to feel a bit greasy on the T-zone but gradually it subsides. I haven't had any irritation or adverse reaction to this and it makes the skin smooth and soft. However, I am not liking the fragrance much. I had expected a more true rose kind of fragrance. That said I am still using it because of the benefits that I see - namely soft skin which feels more supple with each passing day.
Estelle & Thild products are 100% free from - Parabens, SLS, petrochemicals, urea, diethanolamine (DEA), dyes, lanolin, perfume or other synthetic additives.
