Montagne Jeunesse is one of my favourite brands for face masks and peel offs. No wonder there will be numerous colorful sachets at any given time in my closet. A good scrub is essential every week to keep the facial skin at its best. So, when I saw this Cream and Honey Skin Polisher, I knew I had to try it. It said prominently on the pack that it was good for T-zone skin as well. So, I had to give it a go.

I picked this mask up sometime back as a part of the MJ website haul. The sachet cost £1.09 and has enough product for 3 applications I feel. The directions to use are printed on the sachet: Moisten face and neck. Apply with wet fingertips and carefully massage over face and neck for 1-3 minute, avoiding delicate eye and lip areas. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse well and pat dry. Use daily.

The term 'skin polisher' had me envisaging a coarse scrub which would exfoliate well and leave the skin clean and polished :) However, when I opened the packet out came a thick cream. The smell was gorgeous - strong and very sweet. It instantly reminded me of thick sweet icing :) The cream had very tiny smooth scrub particles which I assume were Jojoba beads. I was disappointed because I had expected a coarser scrub. I felt the beads did not do a good job at exfoliation. However, the cream did moisturise the skin very well. I do not think I will purchase this one again even though I loved its sweet fragrance. Definitely not one of my favourites.
