Inginious Gin
If your dad prefers drinking NoLo (no alcohol or low alcohol drinks) then a great choice would be the newly launched Inginious Gin.
Inginious Gin was founded by Simon Liddle with the aim to create a delicious alternative to the lower alcohol drinks already available in the market. Made using 12 responsibly sourced botanicals (including the classic gin botanical juniper and a citrus blend of lemongrass, grapefruit and lime), which are distilled in water rather than a neutral-based alcohol, Inginious Gin has the recognisable gin flavour but with only 0.2 units of alcohol per serve.
Instead of the standard 50ml double serve of gin, one only needs a 5ml serve of Inginious mixed with 150ml of tonic to create a classic G&T. The makers have even included a 5ml measuring spoon with each bottle to ensure a perfect Inginious pour every time.
Inginious makes for a refreshing drink that reduces the alcohol content to just 0.2 units per serve but without compromising on the taste.

Ron Santiago de Cuba Rum - 11 Year Old Extra Añejo

Takamaka Zepis Kreol from Master of Malt
For the rum-loving dad, a bottle of Takamaka Zepis Kreol would make a great gift.
The Zepis Kreol rum from Takamaka is made with a blend of pot and column distilled molasses rums, macerated with a selection of local spices and pressed with ex-Merlot wood fines. After that, it's blended with an 8-year old Bajan rum from the Foursquare Distillery and finally given a rest in some very old bourbon casks for around 60 days. An interesting process that makes for a rich and distinctive rum!
The Seychellois origin rum has depth of flavour with a rich oak character complimented by cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and quatre epices (spice mix) with a hint of island sweetness.

Discovery Gin
The Natural History Museum recently teamed up with Cooper King Distillery to launch an
exclusive carbon-negative gin. Created using fresh basil, beautifully balanced with fragrant lemongrass and aromatic clove, this bright, herbaceous gin would make a great sustainable gift for the dads who enjoys a refreshing G&T.
For every 70cl bottle, innovatively cold-distilled in small batches using 100% renewable energy, 1 kg of carbon dioxide equivalent is removed from the atmosphere (including carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases) and one square metre of English woodland is planted through the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust.
The packaging is sustainably produced, with a lightweight bottle made from 55% recycled glass and labelled by hand at the distillery.
