Do you suffer from frizzy hair and flyaways? Then you must know that it is not easy to tame frizzy hair. I have 2c hair that frizzes easily. I may spend a lot of time making it look its best but if I head out and it rains or its humid, my hair becomes crinkled and frizzy. Over time, I have stopped using styling products to tame my hair instead focussing my attention on hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, hair masks etc.) to keep my hair protected and smooth.
Pantene recently launched the Pro-V Miracles Frizz No More range and sent me some products to try out. The new range combines the power of Pro-V science with Biotin and Cactus Flower and helps soothe and smooth frizz, helping you achieve your desired style.
The Cactus extract, used in the range, is rich in amino acids, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. It helps prevent moisture loss and maintains the natural balance of hair. Biotin improves the hair strength of damaged hair, while the nutrient-rich Argan oil (rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid, Vitamin E) helps turn dry hair into softer and shinier hair.
The new range includes:
- Frizz No More Shampoo with Humidity Resistant Complex (RRP £4.99): a moisture balancing shampoo that helps stop frizz before it starts.
- Frizz No More Conditioner with Humidity Resistant Complex (RRP £4.99): helps repair weak, damaged hair and prevents future damage.
- Intense Frizz Tamer Hair Mask with Humidity Resistant Complex (RRP £4.99): intensely moisturises to shield hair from frizz.
- Intense Frizz Tamer Leave-in Cream with Humidity Resistant Complex (RRP £7.99): instantly smooths frizz and provides a flexible hold.
The range is lovely. Used in conjunction, the products help tame frizz and make the hair softer. It has worked well for me. Even without the use of heat styling, my hair is better manageable. The hero product for me is the hair mask which not only seems to intensely hydrate the hair but also protects it from frizz.
Overall, the set of products have been fabulous for my hair. The products do what they say on the box and my hair feels smoother and less frizzy after using these products.
