If you are looking for containers to store your cakes and bakes in style, then you need to take a look at Wesco's offerings. Wesco was established in 1867 in Sauerland, Germany. Wesco recently launched a new range - the Loft Collection - featuring a number of products with an ultra-contemporary design. This new collection includes kitchen and bathroom accessories (pedal action bins, cannisters, paper roll holder and breadboxes) with a matt-powder-coating finish to give a modern and edgy look. The Loft Collection makes use of an industrial-style theme and as such the products come in a colour palette of black, white, grey, graphite etc.

I was sent the Single Elly from the new Wesco collection to take a closer look. And when I first held the breadbox in my hand, I couldn't help but admire the famous German quality. Made with Powder Coated Steel, the breadbox has a simple but wonderful design and can be used to store bread rolls, pastries or cake. The build quality is excellent. The metal hinges on the box are sturdy and allow for smooth operation. Ventilation holes have been provided at the back of the box to allow air circulation. Overall, a very well-made box and one that scores top marks in the style department as well.
The Single Elly ticks all the right boxes - fit for purpose, is versatile (you can use it to store non-food items too), is easy to clean and looks durable/long-lasting.
