There are a whole lot of simple items that we use every day and these items contribute to our quality of life in some way or the other. One category of everyday products is bathroom items like soaps, toothpaste, razors, deodorant, mouthwash, shampoos and feminine hygiene products. While I usually stock up on these items in bulk during my shopping trips to Tesco or Sainsbury's, I have recently converted to Aldi. I happened to try a few products from their health and beauty range last month and was impressed - both at the quality and the price.

Aldi have their own hair care range - Carino Professional.  Scientifically formulated to restore and care for your hair, Aldi claim that these products will not only leave your hair shiny and more manageable but will also improve the condition and strength of your hair. The Carino range includes hairsprays, 3-in-1 shampoos, hair care products for different hair conditions and a herbal range as well. I tried the Carino Herbals Hydrating shampoo for dry/damaged hair and am quite pleased with the results. The consistency is fine ad it leaves my hair smooth and more manageable. It smells gorgeous and is priced at only 99p for a 400ml bottle.

The second product I tried was from Aldi's Dentitex range, which are not only scientifically formulated but even approved by the British Dental Health Federation. The Dentitex Coolmint mouthwash delivers what it promises. A cool blast and a fresh mouth.

Aldi have a nice range of skincare products (not everything you would need for your beauty regimen) but definitely all the essentials and at a price that is pretty good compared to other stores.

Have you tried anything from Aldi's health and beauty range? Do you have any recommendations?
