Here I am with a review that has been long overdue. For some reason, I never got around to
putting my thoughts into words. Finally I decided to do this today as I need to tell you about 'Hydraluron' if you have not heard of it yet. Hydraluron has been creating quite a stir in the blogging community of late and I had to share my views on the same :) Hydraluron is a product of Indeed Laboratories, a cosmetic company, that was founded on the principle that technological advances in skincare development will aid in improving the state of our skin. They currently have 8 unique products and I will be sharing my views on one of them - Hydraluron.

Here is what Indeed Labs says about Hydraluron:
Hydraluron™ contains a pure form of hyaluronic acid, an incredibly hydrating ingredient that holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water.  Red marine algae helps with maximum delivery.  The result – better hydrated, moisture nourished, plumped up skin.

Ingredients:
Water, Propanediol
, Sodium Hyaluronate, Ahnfeltia Concinna Extract, Carbomer, Butylene Glycol, Disodium Edta, Sodium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol

My experience:
I have combination facial skin which tends to go a bit drier in the colder months. I have not been using this product on a daily basis. I use it 1-2 times a week. I take a little bit of the product and apply it on the face before my regular moisturiser. It has a kind of gel texture and gets absorbed into the skin easily. There is no trace of the product and you wonder whether you actually applied anything on your skin. You do not notice any instant effects but regular usage does make the skin more hydrated. It gives a healthy smooth texture to the skin. I find that using it once or twice is enough for my skin. If your skin is dehydrated then you could use it on a more regular basis. In either case, you need only a little bit of the product for each application. Do note that this is not a substitute for your regular moisturiser. You will still need to use your moisture after applying this. You can pick up the full sized Hydraluron on Boots or try the sampler kit (£12.99) before you purchase the full sized version.
