  11. I'm disabled & in constant pain. When I have a good day I'm going to do some core building exercises. And try to walk up stairs instead of using the stairlift.

  41. 10k steps a day - myself and some other mums on the school run have committed to this but they all have fancy watches, and I just have some dodgy pedometer I got free from a cereal packets in the 90s LOL.

  82. I used to be really fit and do ALOT of exercise but since becoming a sufferer of Kung disease that has compleatly changed and I lead a very sedatary lifestyle. If I don't use my lungs for excersise at all I'll get a lot worse a lot quicker so I'm trying to make sure I take at least one as slow as I have to make it walk with me doggy each day Dxx
