We have officially welcomed Autumn today and while sunny days will be few and far between, it is essential to have quality sun protection all round the year. It is known to all that the sun’s ultra-violet rays can be very damaging to our skin. So, it is better to stay protected by using sunscreen that has SPF15 or higher, wearing suitable clothing, sunglasses and a hat. If you follow my blog, you will know that I take immunosuppressant medicines and these cause my face to flush when I am out in the sun. Which means I am mostly forced to wear a hat when outdoors. Even though they are essential and offer protection, sometimes I really hate wearing hats. But the same cannot be said about my new hat from Sunshine Hats.
