Say Bye Bye to Dry, Rough Skin. PhytaLotion is Here.

Phytacol Phytalotion is a multi-purpose product that can be used to help improve appearance of scars, to reduce formation of stretch marks and even to improve appearance of skin blemishes and roughness. My liking for multi-purpose products is well known on the blog and so Phytalotion got a thumbs up from me when I heard that it tackles a whole lot of skin concerns.

Phytacol are a young company that offer a small range of skin care products and food supplements which harness the power of natural active ingredients. Their products use natural plant extracts, vitamins and minerals as the major active ingredients.

Phytalotion is one of the brands main products and it offers specific care for stretch marks, scars & sun damaged skin. The product is also available as an oil based product - Phytaoil. Both the products have the same active ingredients and deliver the same benefits. Rosehip oil extract is a key ingredient in the product and together with Vitamins A and E, it helps reduce visual aspects of scarring.

I have combination, sensitive skin and some parts of my body tend to get flaky at times. Spending time out in the sun results in the dryness being aggravated. I recently had been on a holiday to India and just one outing in the harsh summer sun resulted in very dry skin. Thankfully I remembered that I was carrying Phytalotion with me. The lotion improved my skins moisture levels keeping it hydrated for a long time. The lotion is easy to apply, non-greasy, gets absorbed nicely and has a lovely Lavender fragrance. It's great at keeping my skin soft and hydrated. While I cannot comment on its scar improving properties, I can vouch for the lotions effectiveness in reducing dryness/irritation caused by excessive sun exposure.
