A couple of months back I had my second Keratin Hair Straightening treatment. But this time around it did not turn out well(I had it done at a salon nearer home - a big mistake). Anyways the effects of the straightening seemed to wear off soon and I was finding it hard to manage my hair which was longer than shoulder length. So off I went and got it cut short - above my shoulder level. Shorter hair for some reason made my hair more frizzy and I was back to square one - trying to tame my frizzy mane. And that's when came the Trevor Sorbie Frizz Free Conditioner(250ml, £5.29) to my rescue.

Because my hair was supposedly straigtened, I am still using the shampoo prescribed for Keratin treated hair, but moved onto the Trevor Sorbie Frizz Free Conditioner because it claims to have anti-frizz and a moisture-regulating technology to hydrate the hair. This deeply conditioning formula claims to give an intense moisturise boost to hair - perfect for using on damaged, unmanageable hair. And boy does it work! Just like the Trevor Sorbie Frizz Free Repair Mask which I had reviewed long back, this one also is like a boon for those with frizzy hair. Our hair is protected by a cuticle that acts as a protective shield and takes care of the hair's appearance and condition. This cuticle surface itself is protected by a lipid called 18-MEA. The Frizz Free conditioner from Trevor Sorbie has a 18 MEA Lipid Shine Complex which as you might have guessed protects the hair cuticle and thereby the hair, giving it a healthy shine and look.

The conditioner is a pleasure to use. It leaves my hair nourished and with a healthy shine while also giving me more control over my hair. The best part is that it does not weigh my hair down. Overall, a conditioner that works well for my hair. Like I had mentioned in my earlier review, I personally feel that this brand deserves a lot more mention that it gets because their products do what they claim. If you have frizzy hair, I would recommend this.

You can purchase the Trevor Sorbie range from Boots stores nationwide, Trevor Sorbie salons and online as well.

Do you face problems with frizzy hair in this kind of weather?  What products do you use to keep your hair looking good?
