The first thing that Mr.H said when he spotted the Sabichi Living Kettle in the kitchen was that it exudes real quality and style. And I could not agree more. When I recently got the opportunity to choose a product from Sabichi's kitchen range to review I opted for this stylish kettle almost instantly. Standing beautifully on a 360° base, this kettle has a 1.7 litre capacity which is enough for around 7-8 cups of water.
The cordless kettle has a light indicator to let you know when the kettle has been switched on. It also has an auto switch off mode. The kettle comes with the boil dry protection which ensures that you don't use the kettle with low levels of water or no water at all. The kettle looks sturdy but is surprisingly light weight which is how I prefer it. It is only after using this kettle have I realised how much noise my previous kettle from 'Next' made. This one from Sabichi is much less noisier though it takes a wee bit more time to boil the water than my previous one. I like the fact that the kettle has a water temperature gauge. It is useful and honestly I like its appearance - something different from the plain kettles that we normally see. Overall, a simple classy design with clear markings makes this kettle a winner - perfect for all kinds of kitchen décor.
The kettle goes well with my own kitchen décor and has been put to good use since I received it. New kettle has somehow equated to more cups of tea :-) not that I am minding it.
