If you have used Montagne Jeunesse products earlier you will be aware that they keep coming up with new ranges now and then. Recently I picked up lots of goodies from their website and will be reviewing the first one that I used - the Prickly Pear Peel Off. Also, if you have missed it, I am offering some MJ goodies to 2 lucky readers. Just connect on GFC and leave a comment. As simple as that.

Coming to the peel off mask, the first thing that caught my attention was the colours on the sachet. Such vibrant and enticing colours. There was no way I would not try this :) Prickly Pear commonly called cactus fruit is said to help protect skin from wear and tear and the other ingredient in the mask - Mangosteen - has powerful free radical scavengers. Sounds good, isn't it?

The mask is lovely pink with subtle hints of purple. The colour was so beautiful. And the fragrance was absolutely amazing. Sweet and delicate. Loved it. Applying the mask wasn't difficult considering I use such masks frequently. The quantity is just about sufficient to cover the face and neck. Around 15 minutes after application, when I felt that the mask had dried, I peeled it off. The mask did not come off in one piece. I had to remove some little bits which remained stuck from around my nose and near the chin. The skin looked smoother and cleaner. It effectively removes impurities that may have clogged the pores. Overall, the skin felt smoother and fresh.

What I liked?
- the fragrance was amazing. I loved that.
- left the skin smooth and clean
- suitable for combination, normal and oily skin

The only minor gripe is that it did not peel off in one piece. But I am ready to ignore that.
